After the conference ended, Rick and E went to see the Orioles play since they had a home game. We try to see them if it works out that they are home when we are there for medical stuff.
On this particularly day, I really did not want to go to the game. It seemed like a good guys-only activity and I could relax. But before relaxing….lunch.
When we are in Baltimore, it’s the only time I get to go to The Cheesecake Factory. And I love cheesecake. Therefore, I decided to grab a quick lunch at the nearby food court and then head to The Cheesecake Factory for dessert. The only challenge facing me is which of the 25, 764 flavors of cheesecake to try. I settled on a new flavor, of course: red velvet cheesecake.
Layers of delicious red velvet cake sandwiched between layers of creamy cheesecake topped with a cream cheese icing and white chocolate curls. I had some whipped cream added to it because ….. really…..why not?
This was, perhaps, the richest cake I have ever eaten. I had to make a cup of coffee to finish it off as the flavor was overwhelming but it was so good. Incredibly good. Amazingly, off the chart good. Good choice, Laura. Good choice.
