Elvis’s Quesadilla – Day 170

Tonight E made dinner. He decided he had a sweet tooth so dessert was on the menu, too. I was too dang tired to go to the store, so in spite of his protests I told him he would have to use whatever he could find in the kitchen. With his creativity engaged and challenged, he came up with a delicious dessert. Dessert quesadillas.
He slathered honey roasted smooth textured peanut butter onto flour tortillas. Then sliced bananas and spread on it. He then fried them in a pan with butter. Finally, he sprinkled them with cinnamon sugar. Yummy. I like firsts when they are this delicious.
